Ms. Ganter-Richter joined EJEA in 2016 and assumed the role of Executive Manager in the same year. Since then, she has played a decisive role in shaping the association’s activities with exceptional dedication and strategic vision. Her contributions include building and strengthening partnerships with universities and institutions in Japan, as well as organizing EJEA’s annual conference, held in rotating locations across Europe and Japan.
This prestigious honor represents not only a personal achievement for Ms. Ganter-Richter, but also a significant recognition of EJEA. It underlines the importance and lasting value of nurturing German/European–Japanese relations, particularly through sustained engagement at the regional and local levels.
