This event will discuss synergies between the role of Responsible Business Conduct(RBC) and International Labour Standards in building resilience in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, and efforts to implement the Trade and Sustainable Development chapter of the recently entered into force EU-Japan EPA agreement.
RSCA: The Responsible Supply Chains in Asia Program is established by the ILO, OECD and the EU and is funded by the EU. The purpose is to aim for sustainable economic and social development in cooperation with Asian partners while promoting workers’ rights and human rights through responsible behavior of multinational corporations and supply chains.
