These are the up-to-date guidelines for submissions of EJEA-related topics. Please use the template below to present relevant activities: they may be still in progress, too.
Please include the following information:
- Given name, family name, title, affiliation, URL, email address, phone number
- Abstract: 1 page is suitable.
- Optional: CV.
- Please indicate whether you want to organize a workshop by informing the organizers as soon as possible, sending the workshop title by email. The abstract for the workshop may be submitted later.
- Please indicate whether you want to contribute by an oral presentation, a workshop, a poster, a demonstration/exhibition, or a presentation/introduction of a smart city/company or cluster/regional initiative.
- Please indicate your preference regarding your participation (in person/online/to be decided).
- By sending your submission, you consent to the publication of your submitted information on the EJEA website.
