April 8, 2021: Call for Papers: “Human-centered Sustainability and Innovation for an AI-assisted Future: New Interdisciplinary Education & Research for the Next Stages in Japan and Europe”

The European Japan Experts Association (EJEA) planned to celebrate its 25th anniversary in 2020 with a conference taking place in Japan. Prof. Dr. Yoshiro Imai, keynote lecturer in Graz, was so kind to offer to hold this birthday conference at his University in Kagawa. Due to the pandemic EJEA had to postpone its plans.

Thanks to Prof. Imai’s enthusiasm and Kagawa University’s great hospitality EJEA is very happy to announce that in 2021 the international conference

“Human-centered Sustainability and Innovation for an AI-assisted Future:

New Interdisciplinary Education & Research for the Next Stages in Japan and Europe”

will take place on October 22, 23, and 24 in Takamatsu (Kagawa Prefecture).

The conference is jointly organized by EJEA, Kagawa University, Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT and the Institute for Security Development Policy and prepared as a hybrid style event. The schedule is arranged in afternoon time in Japan allowing digital participation in the morning in Europe.
